Refund & Return Policy (Meat Distribution)

Overview

At Halal Meat Distributors, we take great care in sourcing, handling, and delivering fresh and frozen meat products to ensure top quality and safety.
Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued only under specific conditions, such as:

  • The product received was damaged, spoiled, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The delivery was incomplete or missing items that were paid for.

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photos or videos of the affected product(s) and proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

After verification, we will process an appropriate refund or replacement based on the situation.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or stored improperly after delivery.
  • Fresh or frozen meat products once accepted by the customer.
  • Any item reported after 24 hours from delivery.

Refund Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed.
A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company — processing times may vary.
  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
